  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Pour the whisked eggs over the sautéed vegetables. Let it cook for a minute without stirring.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the omelet. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
