Swiss and Crab Quiche Recipe
A delicious and savory quiche combining Swiss cheese and crab meat.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Crab meat, cooked
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust, pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Add the shredded Swiss cheese and crab meat to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
