- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
