Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk any kind
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into mason jars.
  3. Top each jar with mixed berries.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
