Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk or any non-dairy alternative
- 0.5 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 pinch Salt
In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Cook over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm, topped with your favorite nuts or a drizzle of more maple syrup if desired.
