  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Milk or any non-dairy alternative
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Cook over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve warm, topped with your favorite nuts or a drizzle of more maple syrup if desired.
