  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 medium Potatoes sliced
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
  3. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and place each portion in the center of each foil sheet.
  4. Top with sliced potatoes, carrots, and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal the edges to create a packet.
  6. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
