Main Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 8 slices brioche bread thick slices
- ¼ cup brown sugar for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Arrange the brioche slices in a baking dish, overlapping slightly if necessary.
Pour the cream mixture over the bread, making sure all slices are well soaked.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the mixture.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top of the soaked bread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and caramelized.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
