Copycat Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
