  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the cheese over one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the cheese and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
