Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
