Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Oatmeal quick or old-fashioned
  • 2 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
