  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
