Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Crushed cornflakes
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and chopped onions. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
