  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
