  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 4 pieces tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Fill tortillas with tofu scramble and wrap them up.
