- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
- 1 cup Broccoli chopped
- 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu and mix with non-dairy milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the chopped broccoli.
Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
