  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu and mix with non-dairy milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the chopped broccoli.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
