Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced bell pepper and onion, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. 5. Fill tortillas with tofu mixture, salsa, and avocado slices.
  6. 6. Roll up burritos and serve warm.
