Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Add shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
