Teriyaki Chicken And Cabbage Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 small Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
5. Add shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
