Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked sausage and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Grease a baking dish and spread the tater tots in an even layer.
Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
