- 8 slices Bread Thick slices
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Cream Cheese Softened
- ¼ cup Strawberry Jam
- 2 tablespoon Butter For cooking
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Spread cream cheese on one side of a bread slice and strawberry jam on another. Sandwich them together.
Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
