  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • ¼ cup Strawberry Jam
  • 2 tablespoon Butter For cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Spread cream cheese on one side of a bread slice and strawberry jam on another. Sandwich them together.
  3. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
