Strawberry Waffles Recipe
Delicious strawberry waffles perfect for a weekend breakfast.

Waffle Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 ¾ cups Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
