Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup Whipped cream

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to cover the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
