Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to cover the bottom evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
