Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Push the potatoes and onions to the side of the skillet and add the steak pieces. Cook until the steak is browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix everything together in the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 5 minutes for runny yolks.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
