Spinach Sausage and Egg Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with spinach, sausage, and eggs.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage crumbled
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper.
Stir in cooked sausage, spinach, and cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly before serving.
