Spinach Bacon Egg Casserole

- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
