- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Red Chard chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, red chard, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
