Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
