Spinach and Bacon Quiche

- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread bacon, spinach, and cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
