- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
