Ingredients 

Quiche Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • 200 g Smoked salmon chopped
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk.
  4. Add the shredded Gruyere cheese, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Spread the chopped smoked salmon evenly over the pie crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon in the pie crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
