Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Layer half of the cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, and cheese in the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers.
  4. 4. Repeat the layers with the remaining sausage, bell peppers, onions, cheese, and egg mixture.
  5. 5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until eggs are set.
