  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly. Pour the batter into the skillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
