Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 pcs Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Add diced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Crack eggs into the skillet and scramble with the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
  7. Serve hot.
