- 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust, pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Add the salt and black pepper to the egg mixture.
Spread the cooked shrimp and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pre-baked pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
