- 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust, pre-made
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the shrimp, asparagus, and cheese evenly in the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and asparagus.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
