  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese Gruyere or Parmesan
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter the ramekins and add 1 tablespoon of cream to each.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
