- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon grated cheese Gruyere or Parmesan
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butter the ramekins and add 1 tablespoon of cream to each.
Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
