Main Ingredients
- 4 links Sausage any kind
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced any color
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Chop the veggies and sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Spread the sausage and veggies on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
