Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 medium Onion grated
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Grate the potatoes and onion. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes and onion.
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
