- 4 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 cup Onions, diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
