  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups Bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
