Sausage Potato Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 4 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
