Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Place pie crust in pie dish. Spread sausage and mushrooms evenly in the crust. Pour egg mixture over the sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
