Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
