Sausage Gravy Casserole
A hearty and comforting casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add flour to the sausage drippings and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened. Return sausage to skillet and mix well.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
Pour egg and cheese mixture over the biscuits. Top with sausage gravy.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
