- 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
