Sausage Crusted Quiche with Hash Browns

- 1 lb Sausage ground
- 3 cups Hash Browns shredded
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press the ground sausage into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form a crust.
Layer the shredded hash browns over the sausage crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and sausage crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
