Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, onion, garlic, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
