Sausage and Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole
A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with sausage, eggs, and crescent rolls.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 package Crescent rolls
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ½ cup Milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and crescent rolls.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
