  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cooked salmon, flaked
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, flaked salmon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
