Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
  4. Add the grated Gruyere cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Spread the cooked and flaked salmon and chopped Swiss chard evenly over the pie crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and Swiss chard.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
